Q. How often should I pick up my books???
A. We would love it if you picked your books up weekly, but we understand that life gets in the way so please try to visit at least every two weeks. If we don't see you in two-three weeks we'll give you a call to remind you about the books piling up in your box. Remember...we sell comics, not store them!!
Q. What Kind of Discount Am I Getting?
A. Let's not sugar coat it, you want to know what type of discount you're getting. With the rising cost of comics, making sure you're saving money is important and we plan to make sure you do. At Evil Squirrel Comics we have variety of plans for you to choose from, but we're going to assume you are going for the king of Nerd Propaganda Plans, The Colonel Eisner, and save a whopping 35% off your books.
Q. How Can You Give Such a Great Discount?
A. With the Will Eisner or Jack Kirby Membership your Credit Card is held and charged weekly on Wednesdays which helps keep the money coming in. For being that awesome you are getting an equally awesome discount. It's that simple, you help keep us in business and you get a great discount.
Q. How will I know what I'm getting charged for each week?
A. At Evil Squirrel Comics we use Diamond Comic RMS Suite for our Membership Programs and register system. That gives us the capability to instantly generate an invoice for you as soon as we download the invoice from Diamond. As long as we have your email address we will send you an email each week as soon as we get our invoice you will get invoiced for the following week.
Q. What if there is a mistake?
A. CALL US RIGHT AWAY!!! Or you can email, tweet, facebook or use Comixology to get ahold of us. We try to be as accessible as possible.
Q. How do I add comics to my membership?
A. To update your Propaganda Plan you can email me directly (Shawn@EvilSquirrelComics), Call us (773.338.0899) stop by in person or update via Comixology.com.
Q. What is a Nerd Propaganda Plan?
A. It's the best way to your comics is what it is!!! Nerd Propaganda is something we like to comics and a Nerd Propaganda Plan is how we named our subscription services.
Q. What about trade paper backs and graphic novels?
A. Your Discount applies to anything on your pull list. So of you pre ordered something besides a comic out of Previews you would also get your membership discount.
Q. What are Previews?
A. Previews are our main catalog that we purchase Evil Squirrel Comics stock from. It is the top geek catalog featuring every comic from major (and a decent amount of indie) comics. Previews come free with The Colonel Eisner & Major Kirby plan, but with The Captain Moore you can purchase Previews at a discounted price of $3.00. Unfortunately the Lieutenant Lifield does not come with any added benefits.
Q. Will I ever get charged for anything that is not on my plan?
A. You will NEVER get charged for anything that is not on your plan, BUT there are times that we may recommend things. If there is a recommendation in your box it will not be charged until you arrive to pick up your books and confirm it is wanted.
Q. What if there is a mistake?
A. Mistakes are commonly a human error and since we're not cyber men or have internal computer chips implanted in our brains (yet!) it's a possibility that a mistake could happen. If you find a mistake call us (773-338-0899) or email me (Shawn@EvilSquirrelComics) and we will take care of it promptly.
Q. Do I get 35% off everything?
A. You get your membership discount on ANYTHING you have on pre ordered. If you pre ordered a $500 dollar statue you will get your congruent discount. If you do NOT have the item on your pull list you will only get 15% off your purchase.

A. Hell yeah we ship books. We're willing to take your money no matter where you live. You can call us or email me (Shawn@EvilSquirrelComics) and we'll hook you up!
Q. Is there any other way to get 30% off?
A. Nope.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. There are no returns. Comic books are a "collectible" item and are not returnable, but there are always acceptations to the rules. For instance if a comic is misprinted or missing pages. We WILL NOT accept returns on books that are torn unless it is shown to us while you are in shop. Don't come back a week later, hell even an hour later to show us. Comics are fragile and tear easily.
Q. What is the privacy policy?
A. We will never share any information with anyone that it shouldn't be shared with. Never will your information end up in a third party's hand and you only receive emails, tweets and facebook updates to things you subscribe to.
Q. Who is the Evil Squirrel?
A. There isn't one particular squirrel that is evil, there is a female super spy squirrel somewhere out there name Eve L. Squirrel, but she's been missing for years on a top secret mission. Seriously though, Evil Squirrel is a neighborhood shop who cares about its community, on line and off, and makes sure to get to know each and every one of our customers. We try to give the best to each and every one of you because you deserve it!!
